Established in 2000, the Canberra Primary School Choir is a vibrant ensemble committed to developing students holistically through music. Beyond building vocal techniques and musicianship, we nurture confidence, resilience, teamwork, and self-discipline in every student, guided by our school’s iCREST values.
Through structured training sessions, members explore a diverse repertoire of local and international pieces while mastering musical concepts such as pitch, harmony, rhythm, tone, and expression. Guided by dedicated teachers and instructors, students learn to perform with poise and professionalism.
Our choir actively participates in key events such as Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) Arts Presentations and celebrations. In 2023, we were honoured to perform at Canberra Park during National Day celebrations and in 2026, the choir was invited to perform at Orchid Country Club for Naval Base Chinese New Year Dinner.
At CPS Choir, we develop not only singers, but confident and gracious leaders who shine on and off stage.
