Are you passionate about nature and science? Do you want to make a difference in your school and community? Join the Science and Environment Club and become a Green Ambassador!
Our club helps students understand environmental issues and the science behind them. We also encourage members to share ideas and take action to make our school a greener place.
What We Do
🌱 Semester 1:
· Learn how to care for community plants with NParks
· Grow vegetables using aeroponics
· Discover how an eco-digester reduces waste
· Take part in upcycling activities to give old items a new life
🍄 Semester 2:
· Continue growing vegetables with aeroponics
· Bird watching
· Grow and harvest our own mushrooms
· Monitor school biodiversity and create the Canberra Nature Bulletin
Join us for a fun and meaningful journey as we explore science, care for the environment, and take action for a greener future! 🌍✨
